Role and responsibilities: • Provide first and second-line IT support for UK and US sites, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, and system issues; replace defective components as needed. • Manage new joiner and leaver IT processes in line with established procedures. • Ensure IT systems and assets meet information security standards. • Perform day-to-day IT operational checks and maintain IT support processes and procedures. • Collaborate with global IT teams as required to ensure consistent IT service delivery. • Assist with infrastructure rollout and IT project tasks as needed. • Deploy and configure Microsoft desktop applications (Windows, Office 365). • Support Microsoft Exchange / Office 365, including user and mailbox administration. • Deploy software using Windows Deployment Services, Microsoft Deployment Toolkit and PDQ Deploy. • Maintain understanding of hardware, including DELL desktops, laptops, and servers and deploy new or replacement IT equipment. • Assist with basic networking and VOIP telephony support. • Maintain endpoint and server security (including McAfee) and ensure compliance with IT policies; assist with audits and system checks. • Support system upgrades, changes and process improvement initiatives. • Perform other IT duties as required to support the business. Requirements • 3 years’ experience in a hands-on IT support role with regular user interaction. • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. • Experience supporting Windows desktops, Microsoft Office 365 and Exchange. • Experience administering Active Directory user accounts and permissions across multiple sites. • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in an IT-related subject or a recognised professional IT certification Benefits A competitive salary Flexible start and finish time Equivalent 25 days holiday
