Site EngineerNeedham MarketUp to £46,000 base, Call-Out Overtime up to £3k KPI bonusWe are currently recruiting for a Site Engineer to join a leading renewable energy company, supporting operations on a large industrial site near Needham Market.The Role As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, operation and performance of industrial plant systems.Key Responsibilities Carry out planned and reactive maintenance as a Site Engineer on industrial boiler systemsMaintain and repair mechanical components including pumps, valves, pipework, steam and hydraulic systemsMonitor plant performance and input operational data into control systemsRespond to breakdowns and participate in an on-call rotaSupport fuel handling and site operationsEnsure all maintenance, inspection and compliance records are accurately completedRequirements Qualified Mechanical Site Engineer (NVQ Level 3 / C&G / HNC or equivalent)Background in industrial environments such as manufacturing, energy, facilities, or process plantExperience working on plant/site maintenanceWillingness to work on-call as part of a rotaPackage & Benefits Up to £46,000On-call allowance: £165 per week (approx. £2,800 annually)Overtime rates:o 1.5x (Saturday)o 2x (Sunday)Minimum 4 hours paid per call-outWorking Pattern Week 1: MondaySunday (on-call week)Week 2: WednesdayFridayWeek 3: MondayFridayTo apply for the Site Engineer position, contact Todd McGreevy,, 01296 737313INDMANDue to the volume of applications we receive, unfortunately we are not able to respond to every application individually.
