What You’ll Do
* Be a role model for young people, supporting them through life's challenges.
* Lead and support a team of care staff, keeping the home positive, safe, and inspiring.
* Create fun, meaningful routines and activities that help young people grow.
* Make sure care plans are followed so every child gets the right support.
* Take the lead on shift, including sleep‑in shifts, making sure everything runs smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
* A natural leader who's friendly, positive, and calm under pressure.
* Experience in residential childcare (or similar) with at least 12 months in a supervisory role.
* Someone who can communicate, motivate, and inspire others.
* A full UK driving licence (essential).
* Either already has (or is keen to work towards) a Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People Workforce.
