Salary: Starting at £27,803.20, with potential earnings up to £34,523.20 including sleep-in shifts.
Are you a dynamic and inspirational leader? We are seeking a Residential Home Team Leader to join our dedicated Children's Home Team at Bayview. Located in the beautiful Capernwray, Carnforth, you will work in a family-oriented environment, caring for a maximum of four young people aged 8-18 who face social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Team Leader, you will:
* Guide and support young residents towards success, fostering a safe and positive environment.
* Assist the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager in the daily operations of the home.
* Ensure continuous improvement in the quality and reputation of our home, which is rated 'Outstanding' or 'Good' by Ofsted.
* Step in for the Registered Manager when they are not present, taking charge of all day-to-day aspects.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you must:
* Hold a full UK driving license.
* Possess a Diploma Level 3 in Working with Children & Young People.

Staff Management
In this role, you will:
* Manage staff fairly and consistently, ensuring a positive work environment.
* Address any staff issues promptly and professionally.
* Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
