Description About the role As a Rehabilitation Assistant, you will support clients with their daily routines, rehabilitation goals, and personal care, while promoting independence and wellbeing. You will work closely with the Residential Team Leader and wider multidisciplinary team. You will also: Implement individual rehabilitation plans Support clients with daily living and personal care Encourage skill development and independence Assist clients to participate in meaningful activities Monitor and report progress Contribute to the effective running of the residential facility Work rostered and rotating shifts across a 24/7 schedule This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an extremely rewarding rehab setting with our clients. We’re looking for someone with: Strong communication skills and a good command of the English language (written and verbal) Good time management and self-direction A “can-do” mindset and team-focused attitude A clean, full NZ driver’s licence Availability to work rostered and rotating shifts (24/7) It is ideal if you: Hold or are studying towards an NZQA Health & Wellbeing qualification Hold a current first aid certificate Why Join Us?
