Are you an experienced children's support worker looking for a new adventure?
Pay rate: £33,357 - £33,980 per annum (based on 10 sleeps per month, hourly rate of £12.60 - £12.90). Opportunities for overtime at enhanced rates.
Hours: 173 hours/month, shift pattern of 2 days on, 4 days off, with sleep-ins. Rota provided in advance. Our service operates 365 days a year.
Essential requirements:
* A full UK driving licence
* Right to work in the UK without restrictions
* Values aligned with Esland, such as a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare
* Applicants must be aged 21 or above
* Childcare or support worker experience is advantageous but not essential
