Administrator
Location: Walsall
Salary
* £26000 to £27000 per annum
Key Responsibilities
* Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails professionally.
* Maintain accurate records and manage administrative tasks efficiently.
* Prepare and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Office 365.
* Support internal teams with administrative needs.
* Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments.
* Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all communications and documentation.
Requirements
* Proven experience in an administrative role.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
* Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Own transport preferred for commuting to the office.
Working Pattern
* Hours: 08:00-16:00, Monday to Friday.
* Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home
* Working in a small team
