Position Summary:
Reporting to the IT Architecture Manager, the Business Analyst will document 'As Is' processes across key functions such as Finance, Procurement, HR, Site Operations, Sales, and Product Management. The role involves working with stakeholders to define and document 'To Be' processes, requirements, testing scenarios, and acceptance criteria.
The Business Analyst will also lead testing activities, developing and managing test strategies and plans as part of project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Create and maintain Business Process Maps for key functions.
2. Collaborate with IT Architecture Lead and Project Teams to identify changes.
3. Develop testing processes for new system functionalities.
4. Develop functional requirements for system changes or enhancements.
5. Create test strategies, criteria, and plans.
6. Oversee functional and user acceptance testing during projects.
Relationships and Key Contacts:
1. Work closely with Change Delivery, Infrastructure, Support, and Architecture teams.
2. Engage with business stakeholders regularly.
3. Maintain relationships with key suppliers providing sourcing, support, maintenance, and outsourcing services.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's or master's degree in business, analytics, computer science, or relevant fields.
2. Experience in Process Improvement, Analytical Methods, Testing Methodologies, Data Problem Solving, and Acceptance Testing.
3. Knowledge of Incident and Problem Tracking, Task and Project Planning.
Knowledge:
1. High standards in process work and professionalism.
2. Flexible approach to working conditions and hours.
3. Team-oriented with support for operational teams.
4. Experience with IT Projects, Business Analysis, and designing enterprise systems like ERP, CRM, DCIM, ITSM.
5. Software testing and test management experience is desirable.
