Overview
You are the owner of the first impression for TrustedHousesitters – from the moment someone lands on the homepage to handing over payment. You’ll lead the redesign of how pet lovers discover and join the platform, owning web and mobile acquisition and onboarding experiences.
The Role
You’ll own the full acquisition and onboarding experience – web and mobile – within the New Member Revenue squad, with end‑to‑end ownership of the experimentation roadmap.
Responsibilities
* Own the acquisition journey end‑to‑end: homepage, landing pages, onboarding flows and lifecycle nudges.
* Drive conversion through experimentation: frame hypotheses, define success metrics, ship rapid tests and report impact.
* Raise the visual bar: deliver UI that is considered, current and well‑executed.
* Translate insight into shipped product: use Amplitude and other data to turn qualitative and quantitative signals into testable ideas.
* Shape strategy with product, engineering, data and commercial teams.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in acquisition or conversion work, able to narrate experiments and their impact.
* Strong visual craft portfolio and a high visual bar across all surfaces.
* Ability to think in problems, frame clear problem statements, propose tests and explain design decisions.
* Collaborative mindset, working closely with PMs, engineers, data and CRM.
* Experience on B2C consumer products, preferably marketplaces or subscriptions, with understanding of digital trust.
Process
1. Talent screen – 30‑minute conversation with our Talent team.
2. Hiring manager interview – 30‑minute call with the Director of Design.
3. Portfolio & technical review – deeper session on case studies and experimentation thinking.
4. Final stage – share a high‑level view of your first 90 days.
Salary
£70,000 – £80,000 a year.
