We are currently recruiting for a reliable and professionalHGV Class 2 Driverto join our clients growing transport team based in Tamworth.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HGV 2 driver who takes pride in their work, values punctuality, and is proactive in delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Safely operate a Class 2 vehicle in line with all UK road and safety regulations
* Deliver goods to fulfilment centres across the UK
* Unload vehicles at fulfilment centres (manual handling involved)
* Complete all relevant paperwork and POD documentation accurately
* Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any defects promptly
* Ensure timely deliveries while maintaining a professional attitude
The Ideal Candidate:
1. Valid HGV Class 2 licence
2. Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
3. Previous HGV Class 2 driving experience preferred
4. Physically fit and willing to unload vehicles when required
5. Proactive, reliable, and highly punctual
