We are seeking a dedicated SEND Teacher to join our supportive team at an outstanding Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) school in Huyton.

Part-Time SEND Class Teacher

Location: Huyton, Merseyside.

Contract: Part-Time.

Hours: 2-3 full days per week (negotiable days).

Start Date: Different start dates throughout the year
The school caters to students with diverse moderate to complex needs. You will be teaching classes that include children primarily diagnosed with:

Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD)
*
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
*
Some classes have students with more complex needs requiring highly differentiated and specialist teaching approaches.
We need an exceptional teacher who is:
*
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
*
Inspirational and Resilient: Able to create a stimulating and structured learning environment.
*
Highly Skilled: Proficient in planning and delivering highly differentiated lessons tailored to individual Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
*
Excellent Communicator: Able to work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, parents, and external professionals.
*
Experienced in SEND (Beneficial): Experience working with MLD, ASD, and complex needs is highly desirable, but a clear passion and understanding of inclusive practice are paramount.
