Responsibilities
* Perform health-care related tasks, such as monitoring vital signs and medication, under the direction of registered nurses and physiotherapists.
* Administer bedside and personal care, such as ambulation and personal hygiene assistance.
* Advise, support and/or attend in the appropriate personal care of Service Users.
* Advise, support and/or undertake the planning, preparation, cooking and serving of meals.
* Support or undertake household duties such as washing and ironing, etc.
* Maintain Service Users confidentiality, respect, privacy and dignity always.
* Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor.
Qualifications and Requirements
* CANDIDATE MUST BE LOCATED IN THE UK AND HAVE A VALID RIGHT TO WORK. Essential requirement: You must be a resident in the UK and have a valid right to work.
* Previous care experience is greatly welcomed but training will be provided.
