We are seeking a skilled Builder to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
* Carry out fabrication and assembly of building components according to specifications.
* Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction tasks.
* Perform carpentry and joinery work, including framing, roofing, and finishing touches.
* Engage in heavy lifting as required for transporting materials and equipment on-site.
* Conduct construction painting tasks to enhance the aesthetic appeal of completed projects.
* Assist with plumbing installations and repairs as needed throughout the building process.
* Undertake masonry work, including bricklaying and blockwork, ensuring structural integrity.
* Provide electrical support where applicable, adhering to safety regulations and best practices.
* Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
Requirements
* Proven experience in construction or a related field is essential.
* Strong skills in fabrication, assembly, carpentry, joinery, roofing, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work are highly desirable.
* Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
* Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with construction work.
* Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
