ABOUT THE ROLE
I am a young girl who lives at home with my mum, dad, and siblings. Im a very happy girl who loves being around friendly, caring people. I have some complex health needs, including epilepsy and a PEG for feeding, and I need a personal assistant to help me with my morning routine before school.
I need support from around 6.30am to 9.30am to help me wake up, get ready, and prepare for the school day. There may also be some ad-hoc supportat other times when my family needs an extra pair of hands.
You dont need to have experience with PEG feeding or epilepsy full training will be provided. What matters most is that you are warm, friendly, and comfortable supporting a child with additional needs.
