About the Role
As an Early Years Assistant, you’ll be an essential part of our team, creating a warm, engaging and enriching environment where every child feels safe, seen, and inspired to learn.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the learning and development of children aged 0–5 through meaningful play and planned experiences
* Ensuring every child feels valued, nurtured and challenged according to their unique interests and needs
* Following safeguarding procedures and promoting a culture of safety and care
* Building strong partnerships with parents and families
* Reflecting on your practice and actively engaging in training and developmentli>

You’ll need:
* A strong interest in working with children, to help them develop and grow
* A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development
* Great communication and teamwork skills
* A reflective, can‑do attitude and a willingness to grow
* A current Enhanced DBS or willingness to undergo a check

Schedule
Monday to Friday – part time, 3 hours per day over lunch time
