As a Project Officer, you`ll play a key role in transforming how services are designed for children, young people and families. You`ll lead the development of evidence-based models of intervention, working closely with stakeholders across education, health, and community sectors to ensure our approach reflects real local need.

In this dynamic and varied role, you`ll be responsible for researching, coordinating and evaluating projects aimed at improving emotional wellbeing support. You`ll gather and analyse complex data, engage with young people and families, and produce detailed reports that inform strategic decision making across the system. Your work will directly influence how services respond to emerging needs and ensure resources are used where they matter most.

You`ll also build strong relationships across the wider support network, championing coproduction and community voice while developing robust, collaborative pathways. If you`re organised, analytical, and motivated to lead purposeful change, this is your opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a forward-thinking service that puts children and young people first.

Main duties of the job

This role needs someone who`sthoughtful, curious, & up for a challenge. You`re the kind of person who can connect the dots, between research, data & real-life experiences & use that insight tohelp shape better services for children & families. This role will ask for your focus, care & commitment but will give you the chance to make real & lasting impacts. You`ll be working with people across different services, analysing what`s happening on the ground, & using that to influence what happens next. If you like variety, purpose, & the idea of helping systems work smarter, this could be a brilliant fit.

You`ll need:

* Bachelor`s degreein a relevant field
* Understanding of the children`s wellbeing system
* Experience working with children, young people & families
* Proven ability to produce detailed reportsfor different audiences
* Confident working with dataand spotting trends
* Comfortable using Microsoft systems
* Strong research & analytical skills
* A clear communicator and a good listener
* Organised & self-motivated
* Able to manage pressure and meet deadlines
* Willing and able to travelwhen needed
