Job Description:
As a Security & Identity Product Manager, you will oversee and develop our security and identity management solutions, focusing on Identity and Access Management (IDAM), Active Directory (AD) management, and supplier relationships. Your role is crucial in maintaining system security, compliance, scalability, and user experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security and identity management processes and drive innovation.
What you’ll be doing as a Security & Identity Product Manager
* Lead the management and optimization of Active Directory (AD), including on-premises and Azure AD.
* Support access control policies, user lifecycle management, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
* Automate AD processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and permissions management.
* Implement and ensure compliance with Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and security standards.
* Conduct AD audits and health checks for monitoring and incident response.
Supplier and Stakeholder Management
* Manage third-party supplier relationships, ensuring SLA adherence and value delivery.
* Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
* Evaluate and onboard new suppliers based on security needs.
Change Implementation and Continuous Improvement
* Promote adoption of security features like passwordless authentication, MFA, and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
* Identify opportunities for process optimization to improve efficiency and user experience.
* Align strategies with Zero Trust principles and industry standards.
* Review strategies regularly to address emerging cybersecurity threats.
Agile Delivery
* Lead Agile practices for timely project delivery.
* Manage product backlogs, prioritizing features based on impact.
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies to align teams.
Compliance and Security
* Ensure processes comply with GDPR, ISO 27001, and other regulations.
* Implement Zero Trust and industry standards.
* Work with security teams to address vulnerabilities proactively.
Base location: Clearwater Court – Hybrid.
Full Time – 36 hours/week.

Essential Experience
* Managing Active Directory and Azure AD.
* Experience with Agile methodologies and product management.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* IDAM principles and practices.
* Technical expertise in identity and access management systems.
Essential Technical Skills & Qualifications
* Understanding of IAM principles and technologies.
* Experience with authentication protocols (Kerberos, LDAP, OAuth, SAML).
* Managing Active Directory and Azure AD in enterprise environments.
* Knowledge of Zero Trust and security principles.
Desirable Skills
* Business case development, understanding costs, risks, and benefits.
* Awareness of industry trends and impacts.
* Knowledge of ISO standards, ITIL, Six Sigma.
Desirable Technical Skills & Qualifications
* Experience with M365 Admin Centre, Teams, SharePoint.
* Tools and automation for efficiency and quality.
* Understanding emerging cloud solutions in End-User Computing.
