Job Description:
We are working exclusively with a leading player in the chilled and frozen food manufacturing industry, committed to delivering high-quality and delicious food products to major UK Retailers. With a long history of innovation and a dedication to excellence, the business takes pride in producing a wide range of products that cater to diverse tastes and preferences. As the business continues to grow, they are seeking a talented and experienced HR Professional to join their facility in Middlesbrough.
On offer:
* Salary up to £40,000 - £45,000 DOE
* 33 days holiday
The role:
You will join an incredibly supportive business that delivers a comprehensive and business-focused HR service, including recruitment, retention, and L&D, while supporting the management team with employee issues.
* Measure employee satisfaction and identify improvements
* Stay updated on employment law changes and advise accordingly
* Develop and implement company policies supporting business needs and legislative changes
* Analyze employment and employee relations patterns
* Participate in recruitment processes from vacancy approval to offer acceptance (permanent and seasonal temp recruitment)
* Promote safety culture across sites and manage OH advice when needed. Handle long-term and short-term absences.
The candidate we are looking for:
* Level 5 or above CIPD qualification
* HR or Business-related degree or equivalent experience
* Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within Food, Drink, or FMCG manufacturing
* Empathetic, confident, and effective communicator with internal stakeholders at all levels
* Experience implementing change, policies, and procedures
* Good understanding of current employment law
