With a growing client base and a strong reputation for professionalism, the business provides tailored financial solutions across pensions, investments and protection.They are now seeking a detail-oriented Financial Planning Processor to support advisers and paraplanners, ensuring a seamless and compliant client journey from onboarding through to ongoing servicing.Financial Planning Processor, the role:Prepare and process new client documentation including fact finds, ID checks and compliance formsEnsure all onboarding activity is completed accurately in line with FCA requirementsMaintain and update client records within the CRM systemSubmit new business applications across pensions, investments and protection productsTrack cases through to completion, liaising with providers where requiredResolve queries and chase outstanding information to ensure timely processingSupport advisers and paraplanners with report preparation and recommendation packsGather policy information, illustrations and provider dataAssist with meeting preparation including agendas, documentation and follow-upsRespond to client queries in a professional and timely mannerProcess client requests including withdrawals, fund switches and policy changesMaintain accurate records and audit trails for compliance purposesIdentify and escalate any potential risks or issuesFinancial Planning Processor, the person:Previous experience in a financial services administration or processing roleStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent organisational and time management skillsConfident written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Desirable:Experience within financial planning or wealth managementKnowledge of pensions, investments and protection productsFamiliarity with CRM systemsUnderstanding of FCA regulations and compliance requirementsFinancial Planning Processor, the benefits:Competitive salary based on experiencePension schemeSupportive and modern working environmentClear progression pathway into paraplanning or advisory rolesSupport for professional qualifications (e.g. CII Diploma)Ongoing training and developmentPure Human Resources Limited works in partnership with Voyage Financial Planning in providing Recruitment support.
