We're looking for a Project Manager to join our Kier M&E team based in London.
Location: Wandsworth, London. Hours: 42.5 hours per week – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us. We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
Role Overview
As a Project Manager, you'll play a vital role in managing resources across the entire project lifecycle, ensuring safe, compliant, and profitable delivery. You’ll have responsibility for people, finances, and physical assets while maximising opportunities and managing risk. Working within a collaborative environment, you'll lead your team to deliver excellent results that exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage project teams to deliver on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Manage client relationships and ensure expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
* Oversee design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
* Implement risk management strategies and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
* Monitor project performance and provide regular, accurate reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Hold a degree or HND/HNC in Construction and possess SMSTS/CSCS certification.
* Clear understanding of main contract forms (JCT, NEC).
* Technical knowledge of MEPH services and experience managing teams to achieve multiple objectives.
* Proactive, enthusiastic, and able to work independently while seeking guidance when needed.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
