About the Role
We are looking for a
Technical Project Manager/Delivery Manager
who can manage tickets and tasks across
multiple
products and projects, while excelling at
client communications and stakeholder alignment (across various customer personas)
. This role combines strong
technical project delivery
with the ability to run structured sprints, maintain visibility across initiatives, and keep clients engaged and informed.
Responsibilities
Project & Sprint Management
* Run
daily technical sprints/stand-ups
across all active projects to ensure alignment, unblock teams, and track progress.
* Manage ticket flows across JIRA, Asana, GitHub, and other tracking systems.
* Oversee dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines across projects.
Client Communication & Reporting
* Provide
structured weekly updates
to clients covering progress, timelines, risks, and outcomes.
* Translate technical sprint outcomes into clear, business-focused summaries.
* Build confidence and trust with clients through proactive, transparent communication.
Cross-Functional Coordination
* Collaborate with engineering, design, and product teams to align roadmaps and deliverables.
* Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and cross-team syncs.
* Drive accountability and foster a culture of delivery across distributed teams.
Documentation & Presentations
* Prepare project dashboards, reports, and
client-facing presentations
(PowerPoint/Google Slides).
* Maintain project documentation in Confluence or equivalent systems.
Toolkit
* Project Management & Ticketing
: JIRA, Asana, GitHub Issues/Tickets, Trello.
* Communication & Collaboration
: Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Confluence.
* Reporting & Presentations
: PowerPoint/Google Slides, Excel/Google Sheets, project dashboards.
* Workflow Methodologies
: Agile, Scrum, Kanban.
Requirements
* Proven experience running
daily sprints
and managing multiple concurrent projects.
* Strong fluency with
JIRA, Asana, GitHub, and related ticketing tools
.
* Exceptional client communication skills, with a track record of daily/weekly reporting and stakeholder engagement.
* Ability to
coordinate technical teams
while managing client expectations.
* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices and end-to-end project delivery.
