About the Role We are seeking experienced and confident clinicians to deliver high-quality ADHD assessments for children and young people aged 6–18. This is a flexible opportunity ideal for practitioners looking to make a meaningful impact while maintaining control over their workload.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive, high-quality ADHD assessments for children and young people aged 6–18.
Communicate effectively and sensitively with neurodiverse children and young people, their families, and internal and external professionals.
Produce detailed, high-quality clinical reports within agreed timeframes.
About You
Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), Paediatric Nurse, or Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) with active NMC registration.
Confident, competent, and experienced in delivering robust ADHD assessments in line with NICE guidelines.
A minimum of 50 independently completed ADHD assessments.
Comfortable making independent diagnostic decisions on the day and clearly feeding back outcomes to families.
Able to offer face-to-face and/or remote appointments.
Evidence of up-to-date supervision, appraisal, professional registration, and NMC revalidation.
Able to produce structured clinical reports within 48 hours of completing an assessment.

£160 per assessment, payable outside IR35.
