Job Description:
Marie Curie is the UK’s leading end-of-life charity, providing community nursing and hospice care across the country. We also lead research and campaigns to improve quality of life for those living with illness, dying, and bereavement.
The Individual Giving Campaign Lead will work alongside the Team Manager to develop and execute fundraising campaigns, including the Great Daffodil Appeal and Christmas campaigns.
The role involves strategic planning, project management, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration with various teams to ensure campaign success.
You will be responsible for:
* Managing and coordinating campaign programs.
* Monitoring campaign performance and reporting progress.
* Supporting development of campaign strategies with the fundraising team.
* Communicating strategy and coordinating with regional and national teams.
* Resolving campaign challenges collaboratively.
Key Criteria:
* Experience in project management, organizing campaigns and events; fundraising or charity sector experience is advantageous.
* Skills in strategic planning, organizational management, and providing recommendations to senior management.
* Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
* Experience in budgeting and financial management.

Salary: £38,324 plus £3,500 London Weighting where applicable.
Contract: One permanent and one 6-month FTC position available; please specify preference.
Location: Mostly home-based within the UK, with travel to London approximately once a month or 2-3 times weekly if London Weighting applies.
