Job Title: Sales and Workshop Administrator

Location: Stoke on Trent, ST4
Salary: £25k - £30k per annum
Working Hours: Mon – Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm
Forrest Recruitment Ltd are currently supporting a local organisation who specialise within their field. They are currently seeking a Sales and Workshop Administrator to join their small friendly team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, likes variety in their day, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer support.
As a Sales & Workshop Administrator, you’ll be involved in a broad range of responsibilities, including:
* Providing excellent customer service via phone and email
* Preparing quotations and processing customer orders and payments
* Maintaining accurate CRM records and updating internal systems
* Coordinating with multiple departments to ensure smooth operations
* Packing and preparing orders for dispatch
* Assisting with workshop organisation and maintaining a clean, efficient workspace
* Handling materials and moving stock as part of daily workshop duties

* Organised, proactive, and eager to learn
* Confident communicators with strong customer service skills
* Comfortable working across both administration and workshop tasks
* Team players who can also work independently when required
* Physically capable of regularly lifting and moving items up to 24kg unaided
