Description: Our Revenue and Benefit Services team is proud of its achievements in delivering high quality customer service and is looking for a Benefits Assessment Officer to complement our busy team.This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated person to help us in delivering our Benefit Service by undertaking Housing Benefit and Council Tax Support assessment duties.You will need to have worked as a Benefits Assessment Officer, so will realise the need to adapt quickly to changes in regulations and working practices and be able to work accurately in the face of demanding workloads.
