Key Responsibilities of the Senior Quantity Surveyor:
Coordinate the preparation of monthly Auto-WIP and journal returns Liaise with the client on compensation events, payment allocation queries, and disallowed items Conduct cost analysis using SAP and Power BI to support Project Board Reports Oversee subcontract management processes and update commercial registers Manage the change control process, including notifications, quotations, and agreement of compensation events Qualifications and Experience Required:
Extensive knowledge of the NAECI Agreement Experience on major construction projects Proficiency in NEC4 Option B Contracts and the Standard Method of Measurement Basic understanding of P6 programming Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Full UK Working Rights What's in it for You?
