Role and Responsibilities
* Provide visiting scheme management for White Horse Court, supporting residents in maintaining their wellbeing and independence.
* Prioritise and manage your own workload independently, with support from the Regional Manager and Head Office Team and a Training and Support Assistant.
* Discuss, organise and oversee repairs and maintenance of communal areas and the structure of the property. Manage annual contracts for contractors and supervise communal cleaning, gardening and window cleaning.
* Develop and nurture good working relationships with residents, contractors and clients; act as the first point of contact for resident complaints, leasehold enquiries or property alterations, and provide empathetic guidance to residents typically aged 60 plus.
* Utilise IT tools (e.g., Outlook and Word) as part of day-to-day responsibilities.
Scheme Information
White Horse Court consists of 28 one- and two-bedroom flats. The scheme includes a resident’s lounge and kitchenette, laundry and communal gardens, with a scheme manager’s office.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused, logical approach.
* Ability to work with residents from diverse backgrounds and manage relationships with contractors and clients.
* A good standard of IT knowledge and understanding (Outlook and Word).
* Must be able to travel across the region as required.
* This post is subject to Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.
