Hourly Rate: £24.76 or £ 30.75 Umbrella inside IR35
37 Hours per week – onsite 2 days per week
Overview
BAE Systems is looking for a Creative Advisor to join their Communications team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and technically skilled individual to support the development and delivery of high-quality video, animation, and visual content across a range of internal and external communications platforms
Skills
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects and Premiere Pro.
* A creative thinker with a strong eye for visual storytelling and attention to detail.
* Demonstrated experience in media production, shown through a strong portfolio.
* Confident using digital cameras and filming equipment.
* Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
* Foundation Degree or equivalent in Photography, Video/TV, Animation, Design or related field, plus relevant hands-on experience
The Job
* Conceptualise, design, and produce engaging animations and videos that align with brand and messaging goals.
* Develop creative concepts and storyboards in collaboration with the wider team.
* Film and edit video content in studio and on location across various environments.
* Manage and maintain video equipment and editing software.
* Stay current with trends and technologies in video production and animation.
* Ensure high artistic and technical standards in all outputs.
* Coordinate with external video/photography agency partners.
* Travel occasionally to support filming across UK sites.
