We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, motivated and friendly Occupational Therapist to join Priory Hospital North London's extensive therapy services. This is a lead/managerial position and the successful candidate will lead a small but dedicated team to deliver assessments, groups, and individual sessions across three departments. The OT service supports our 8 bedded CAMHS unit, 14 bedded acute unit, and a growing Tier 6 OCD service. and occasionally will be required to support with complex private patients. Multi-disiplinary working is critical to service delivery, and you will be supported by consultant psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, nursing colleagues and the therapy services manager. We have a well-developed CDP pathway and you will be supported in developing your career. Essential criteria
Accredited Honours Degree in Occupational Therapy
HCPC registration in place
Enhanced DBS
Experience of working within a MDT setting
Knowledge and understanding of CPAs
Ability to deliver ADL assessments
A high standard of report writing
Team-player
Positive attitude
Desirable criteria
Previous experience of people management
