Responsibilities include:
1. Conduct all duties required in a safe and efficient manner.
2. Complete training in confined space entry, fall protection, lockout, WHMIS, and radiation safety.
3. Operate and troubleshoot independently after training in designated areas.
4. Serve as a peer trainer in process areas once qualified.
5. Operate all required mobile equipment competently.
6. Assume active leadership roles as needed, such as lead hand or project lead.
7. Participate in weekly safety huddles.
8. Manage responsibilities in Ore Receiving, Leaching, CCD/Tailings, Clarification/SX, Precip/Calcining, JEB, SUE Water Treatment, and Central Control Room.
9. Support Operational Excellence initiatives and culture.
10. Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications:
1. Preference for residents of Saskatchewan’s North (RSN).
2. Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
3. At least 3 years of experience in operations at a mill, mine, or industrial facility; uranium mill experience is a plus.
4. Senior roles considered for applicants with over 10 years of experience.
5. Leadership experience is advantageous.
6. Experience with solvent extraction circuits is a plus.
7. Willingness to undertake skill development.
8. Basic computer skills; experience with Delta-V, PI Vision, and Access Database is beneficial.
9. Mechanical aptitude for understanding equipment like pumps, valves, filters, and agitators.
10. Valid Class 5 driver’s license is a plus.
11. Dependability and ability to work independently.
12. Good communication skills.
