* Identifyand mitigate risk across the firm
* Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations
* Drive robust policies, procedures, and best practices
* Support AML/KYC, GDPR, COLP, complaints & claims, staff training, and more
* Qualified solicitor with risk & compliance experience
* Engaging, people-focused, and solution-oriented
* Commercially aware with excellent attention to detail
* Positive, proactive, and a true team player
* Strong communicator with tech-savvy skills
