Job Description
We are excited to be looking for a Hotel Bartender to join our team. We are looking for someone who is experienced in this field and above all, we want someone who enjoys being part of team, working with our clients and is enthusiastic, creative and passionate about what they do!
Responsibilities include: Welcome guests to the bar with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Take drink orders from guests, both at the bar and from Cocktail Waiters
Engage with guests, answering questions about the menu, suggesting drinks, and providing personalized recommendations.
Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages (cocktails, beers, wines, spirits) and non-alcoholic drinks based on guest orders.
Follow drink recipes accurately to ensure consistency and quality.
Garnish drinks appropriately, ensuring presentation aligns with hotel standards.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing attentive, friendly, and prompt service.
Handle any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain a clean, organized, and pleasant atmosphere at the bar.
Clean the bar area at the end of the shift, including wiping down surfaces, cleaning glasses, and disposing of waste.
Prepare the bar for the next shift, ensuring all supplies are organized, glassware is cleaned, and equipment is in good working order.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a bartender in a busy bar operation, hotel or similar environment.
Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills
Proven commercial acumen through previous roles
Fluent in English - spoken & written
