Key Responsibilities:
* Greet customers warmly as they arrive and assist with seating if necessary
* Take food and beverage orders accurately via our POS system and relay them to the kitchen or service counter
* Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
* Respond to customer inquiries about the menu and make recommendations when requested
* Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and ready for the next guests
* Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
* Clear and clean tables efficiently after guests have finished
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the dining area and service stations
* Follow all health and safety standards, including food handling protocols
* Assist with restocking supplies, condiments, and utensils as needed
* Collaborate with kitchen and other FOH staff to ensure smooth service flow
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a hospitality role
* Effective communication and people skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
* Basic math skills for managing cash or using a POS system if needed
* Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays if needed
* Physical stamina and physical capacity to deliver the role efficiently
