Our Cloud division is growing fast, and we’re looking for a driven and proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our next phase of growth.
The Role
As an SDR, you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and qualifying new channel partners. You’ll be the first point of contact in our sales process—proactively reaching out to potential resellers and MSPs, understanding their business needs, and generating interest in our Cloud solutions. Once qualified, you’ll hand leads over to our experienced Account Managers to nurture and close.
This is a great opportunity for someone with SaaS or Cloud sales experience, particularly those familiar with Microsoft technologies, looking to grow in a distributor-led environment that rewards initiative, structure, and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities
* Research and profile new partner prospects within the Cloud/MSP/VAR ecosystem
* Conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate new sales conversations
* Qualify prospects based on their Cloud maturity, technology needs, and vendor alignment
* Book meetings and hand over warm opportunities to Account Managers and Cloud BDMs
* Work closely with marketing to follow up on campaigns, webinars, and vendor activity
* Track activities, pipeline stages, and KPIs in the CRM system (HubSpot/Salesforce)
* Provide feedback on partner trends and pain points to help shape sales strategy
Ideal Candidate
* 1–3 years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or BDR roles in Cloud/SaaS/IT distribution
* Knowledge of Microsoft Cloud (Azure, Microsoft 365) is a major advantage
* Experience working in or selling into channel/reseller/MSP environments is desirable
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach
* Comfortable building relationships remotely and over the phone
* Highly organised, self-driven, and results-oriented
* CRM and sales enablement tools proficiency (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, etc.)
