Job Title: Senior Estimator Location: Swindon / Wiltshire / M4 Corridor Salary: £70,000 – £85,000 package Sector: New Build, General Contracting, Commercial, Education Start Date: ASAP Senior Estimator – The Company Our client is a well-established regional main contractor with a strong reputation across the South of England. They deliver new build projects typically ranging from £3m to £30m, primarily within the Commercial and Education sectors. The business is financially stable, well run, and widely regarded as one of the stronger employers in the regional construction market, with a clear focus on quality, repeat work, and long-term staff retention. Senior Estimator – The Role This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Estimator to join a busy pre-construction team based from their Swindon office. The Senior Estimator will be responsible for producing detailed and competitive tenders across a range of new build projects, working closely with the wider pre-construction, commercial, and delivery teams. Depending on experience, the Senior Estimator may also support or mentor junior Estimators and contribute to bid strategy, value engineering, and risk analysis during the tender process.
