Purpose and Scope of the Role
As Client Account Manager, you will manage and grow key customer accounts, ensuring delivery remains within budget, aligned to KPIs and service level agreements, and positioned for continued growth. Working closely with operations, sales and clinical delivery teams, you will oversee account performance, support renewals and tenders, monitor debtor days and unbilled revenue, and help maintain accurate financial and management information. You will also contribute to customer reporting, complaint resolution and service improvement across a portfolio of significant contracts.

Skills, Qualifications And Experience
You will bring experience in account management, customer sales or commercial relationship management. Strong presentation, reporting and Microsoft Office skills are essential, alongside the ability to work independently and under pressure. Experience within Occupational Health consultancy, health and safety, clinical governance, GDPR or data management systems would be advantageous.
Work Patterns and Locations
This role will be based out of Mansfield but requires frequent travel to client sites. Once trained, you will be able to work on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week from home.
