Key Responsibilities as a Yard Operative: Organise and transport goods throughout the yard efficiently and safely Operate and monitor the bagging of goods to ensure production targets and quality standards are met Maintain a clean, safe, and organised yard environment Assist with loading and unloading materials as required Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures at all times Report any equipment faults or safety concerns promptly Requirements of a Yard Operative: Must be abe to drive due to the location of the site. Previous experience in a yard, warehouse, or industrial environment preferred Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset Reliable, punctual, and able to work Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 17:00 Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions Why Join Us?
