SEN Teaching Assistant (TA) - Full TimeLocation: Haywards Heath and surrounding areasAgency: Academics / Term Time Teachers
Primary schools in and around Haywards Heath are currently seeking Full Time SEN Teaching Assistants (TA's) to support pupils with Special Educational Needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within supportive school environments and make a real difference in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) on a 1:1 or small group basis
* Assisting the class teacher with learning activities and classroom management
* Encouraging pupil engagement, confidence and independence
* Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
* Experience working with children or individuals with SEN is desirable
* A positive, patient and supportive approach
* Must hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one
* Available to work full time during term time
