We are a warm, welcoming, and child-centred nursery committee to providing a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where every child can learn, grow, and flourish. We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Nurse to join our team on either a short-term or long-term basis.
Role Responsibilities:
Supporting the learning and development of children aged 0–5 in line with the EYFS framework
Creating engaging, age-appropriate activities to support physical, emotional, and cognitive development
Promoting positive behaviour, independence, and social skills
Safeguarding children and ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
Assisting with daily routines, including meals, personal care, and tidying the environment
Building strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Maintaining accurate observations and records as required
Requirements:
Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
Experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting
A good understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A positive, caring, and enthusiastic attitude
Ability to adapt quickly to new environments
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
