Job Description
Job Title: School Business Manager Windsor
Job Type: Permanent, expected to work Part-Time hours

Job Duties:
* Oversee financial management of the school, including budget planning and monitoring
* Manage day-to-day business operations, such as procurement and facilities management
* Lead and coordinate administrative staff, ensuring efficient office operations
* Implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practises
* Collaborate with senior leadership to develop long-term strategic plans for the school
Required Qualifications:
* Strong background in Financial Management and Business Administration
* Experience in People Management and Level 4 Diploma in School Business Management
* Past experience in a school setting
Education:
Minimum Level 4 Diploma in School Business Management
Experience:
Past experience in School Business Management or relevant field
Knowledge and Skills:
* Excellent communication and time management skills
* Proactive and highly organised approach to work
Preferred Qualifications:
* Additional certifications in Education Management or related field
Working Conditions:
Part-Time role based in Windsor, Berkshire. Flexible hours may be required to meet the needs of the school.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
