Job Title: Commercial Vehicle Supervisor
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 per annum
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Vehicle Supervisor to join a well-established operation based in Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and knowledgeable supervisor to take the next step in their career within a busy commercial vehicle environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the commercial vehicle workshop
Lead, motivate, and support a team of technicians and support staff
Ensure all vehicles are maintained and repaired to the highest standards, in line with legal and company requirements
Monitor workflow, productivity, and job allocation to meet operational targets
Ensure health & safety procedures are followed at all times
Liaise with management, suppliers, and drivers to ensure smooth operations
Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a commercial vehicle or HGV environment
Strong technical knowledge of commercial vehicles
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
A proactive and problem-solving mindset
