What We Offer:
* Competitive Salary: Basic salary of £24,500 per annum
* Uncapped Monthly Commission: With an OTE of £35k-£45k in your first year
* Training: Full training provided to ensure your success
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive business to business to sales within an assigned territory
* Sell high-quality building materials to current accounts and prospective businesses
* Source and generate new leads to expand our UK customer base
* Managing accounts and building strong relationships
About You:
* No prior sales experience needed
* Motivated by financial success and achieving targets
* Enjoys engaging with customers over the phone
* Possesses a positive, can-do attitude
* Committed to providing excellent customer service
* Eager to learn about various trades and related products
* Basic computer skills for navigating our CRM system
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday, 36.5 hours per week, between 8.30 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. Flexible working upon hitting targets.
* Early Friday finish at 4.00 p.m
* Enjoy your weekends off
