Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to manage claims from start to finish, while delivering exceptional service to clients? You’ll be known internally as a Desktop Claims Technician, where you will handle a caseload of claims, ensuring effective communication with clients via phone and email. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering outstanding results. Please note that this is a fully remote position, working Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. How you'll make an impact Your role will be to manage a caseload of property claims from start to finish, ensuring efficient and accurate handling while delivering exceptional client service. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve: Responding to client queries via phone and email within agreed service levels Communicating claims decisions clearly and effectively Ensuring compliance policies, procedures, and file management best practices Supporting team success by assisting colleagues and sharing knowledge About You Proven experience in property claims handling. Previous phone-based customer service experience, ideally within insurance. Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills, alongside problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach. Self-motivated and committed to delivering exceptional service, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
