Office Administrator Location: Cotes Park, Alfreton, Derbyshire About us At Diversey - A Solenis Company, we are the pioneer, the facilitator of our clients in a wide range of industries around the globe. We do this with our revolutionary cleaning and hygiene technologies - such as floor care machines, cleaning tools & utensils, and chemicals for Food & Beverage industry. We’re looking for a confident and personable Office Administrator to keep our workplace running smoothly, efficiently, and with a welcoming touch. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring our office is well-maintained, our records are up to date, and our administrative systems are running seamlessly. From greeting visitors to supporting senior management with bespoke tasks, no two days will be the same. What You’ll Do: Provide day-to-day administrative support to managers and teams, including arranging travel when needed Welcome internal and external guests, ensuring sign-in and safety procedures are followed Manage and improve online and paper filing systems Record and monitor office expenditure, raise purchase orders, and support budget tracking Arrange workwear, locker keys, key cards, and occupational health appointments Maintain office supplies, equipment, and refreshments Oversee the condition of the office and coordinate repairs when necessary Keep the reception area tidy, professional, and compliant with Health & Safety standards Book meeting rooms and coordinate catering for internal and external meetings Handle incoming/outgoing post, deliveries, and courier services Support with general administrative duties such as scanning confidential documents and data management What You’ll Bring: Proven experience in an administrative or office-based role Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal Strong organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team A friendly, professional, and discreet manner when dealing with colleagues and customers Why Join Us?
