Overview
We’re looking for an Applications Support Analyst to join a fast-growing healthcare technology team making a real impact. With software already used across the majority of UK hospitals and international expansion underway, this is a chance to build your career while helping transform how healthcare data improves patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
* Provide hands-on applications support to customers, helping them resolve issues, customise applications, and get the most out of the platform.
* Handle incoming support calls, manage tickets in Jira, troubleshoot with SQL, Windows and databases, and work closely with developers to keep systems running smoothly.
* Deliver training for new users and test updates before they’re rolled out.
Qualifications
* IT qualification or degree,
* at least two years’ experience in second-line support,
* strong knowledge of SQL, Windows, and application support,
* excellent communication skills are essential, as much of the role involves phone-based support.
