Your key responsibilities in this role will be:
* Lead and manage new product introduction (NPI) projects, from planning to execution.
* Develop capacity planning strategies to optimise lead times and reduce bottlenecks.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product launches.
* Identify and mitigate project risks, keeping projects on track.
* Drive a culture of transparency, collaboration, and innovation.
* Provide data-driven reports to senior leadership.
What You Bring:
* Project Management Expertise – Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
* Manufacturing & Engineering Knowledge – Experience in NPI, CAD (SolidWorks preferred), and project management tools.
* Excellent Communication & Collaboration – Confident in engaging with teams and stakeholders.
* STEM Degree – Preferably in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent experience.
