Duties: Conduct research into new initiatives or changes to existing products and processes, presenting findings to Senior Managers in a clear, professional format Compile and analyse data from multiple sources to support the creation of reports, dashboards and management presentations Maintain the accuracy and efficiency of management information (MI), managing the internal relationship between Motor Finance and Business Analytics Assist the marketing function with activities including email campaigns and coordination with Motor's marketing contacts Support the planning and delivery of external events and marketing schedules, ensuring alignment with key business objectives Drive staff engagement through initiatives such as monthly communications, team meetings and effective minute taking Provide technical and logistical support to the Management Team, acting as a reliable go to for coordination needs Centralise and review invoices, ensuring alignment with budgetary controls and internal processes Deliver high quality support to the Management and external Sales Teams, flexing across a range of tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
