The Change Partners are working with a global Tier-1 Consumer Electronics brand, who are looking to hire a CRM Campaign Manager (post-purchase/loyalty).
This role sits within the European Office, reporting into the Loyalty Marketing and Customer Strategy teams. You will be responsible for planning and delivering data-driven CRM campaigns across the full post-purchase customer journey.
You will act as a central hub across European markets, ensuring personalised, insight-led campaigns drive engagement, loyalty, and customer value.
This is a contract role, initially until the end of the year, with yearly extensions, offering a day rate of £260 via umbrella.
Key Responsibilities:
* Campaign Delivery: Plan, develop, and execute personalised CRM campaigns (Email, Push Notifications, In-App, and other channels) with a focus on post-purchase journeys.
* Loyalty & Engagement: Support campaigns that drive engagement with loyalty programmes, rewards initiatives, and customer reviews across key product categories.
* Market Coordination: Provide clear briefs across data, copy, and creative to European markets, ensuring consistent and high-quality execution.
* Test & Learn: Drive continuous optimisation through A/B testing and performance tracking to improve engagement and retention.
* Insight-to-Action: Analyse campaign performance and translate insights into actionable improvements across the customer journey.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Strategy, Data, Creative, and external agencies to deliver integrated CRM programmes.
What We’re Looking For:
* 2+ years of experience in CRM or Lifecycle Marketing within a digital environment.
* Post-Purchase Focus: Proven experience building and delivering post-purchase or retention-focused CRM journeys.
* Loyalty / Engagement: Experience supporting loyalty programmes, rewards, or engagement initiatives (e.g. reviews, incentives) is highly desirable.
* Analytical Mindset: Confident using data and reporting tools to drive optimisation and campaign performance.
* Project Management: Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders across markets.
* Communication: Strong collaborator with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
Working Model: Hybrid (3 days per week in office)
Duration: Umbrella Contract initially until the end of the year.
Rate: Up to £260 per day
