Join our Legal Services team, supporting both Guildford and Waverley Borough Councils, and work on a diverse range of property-related legal matters. What You’ll Do Advise on all aspects of property law, including commercial leases, conveyancing, housing, Right to Buy, and shared ownership. Manage a varied caseload of both contentious and non-contentious matters. Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements and documents. Attend committees and working groups, providing expert legal guidance. Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to team development. About You Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Chartered Legal Executive (or equivalent experience). Strong background in property law, ideally within local government or public sector.
