Salary: Up to £60,000 (Depending on experience) Per Annum

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Peripatetic Home Manager to join our expanding regional support team and help shape the future of care across the South West and Midlands. You’ll play a vital role in providing leadership across up to 8 complex care services, stepping in where you’re needed most.

This is a regional role that requires regular travel between Torquay and Birmingham, supporting services during periods of transition, change, or growth. You’ll need to be confident on the road and thrive in a role where no two weeks look the same.

Someone who can arrive at a home and instantly steady the course whether it’s through mentoring a newly appointed manager, guiding a team through regulatory improvement, or stepping in during a time of transition. You’ll bring calm, clarity, and a sense of purpose wherever you go. This is your chance to work with a supportive, well-established senior team that understands the demands of the sector and backs you to succeed

You’ll need to be:

* An experienced care leader (nursing qualification not essential)
* Confident managing clinical risk and supporting nursing teams
* Skilled in navigating CQC frameworks and driving compliance
* Commercially astute with a clear understanding of occupancy, budgets, and fee structures
* Adaptable, resilient, and people-focused, you bring consistency and energy, even in complex environments
